Once order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped within 3-7 days after this processing time.

If any package is returned to PoisedUp Studios due to incorrect shipping information or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

PoisedUp Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All sales are final and nonreturnable. We may ONLY allow exchanges for certain unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
